[SOLD OUT!] Gala Dinner / URBAN 2019 Photo Awards

Saturday 26 October 2019, after the award ceremony of URBAN 2019 Photo Awards, the Gala Dinner of the competition will be held at the Pa’Pi Restaurant, together with the Winners, the festival staff and jury president Martin Parr.

You can join us in the dinner (subject to availability) by registering on the form and paying the participation fee of € 60 per person, no later than Thursday, October 24, 2019.

Dinner menu

Standing buffet

• Bacon stewed in bread crust
• “Frico” lollipop
• Focaccia of the house
• Karst ricotta cream
• Toasted stracchino and pine

Combined with Porsecco Valdola Milesimato Extra Dry

Dinner

• Pumpkin soufflé with amaretti and Carso cheese fondue
• Orzotto with sausage and radicchio from Treviso
• Chef’s goulash and Triestine potatoes
• Dessert: Elderflower sorbet

Each course is combined with a red wine (Cabernet, Merlot, Refosco). Optionally you can have white wine (Malvasia, Friulano) as an alternative. Water is also included in the dinner.
