Stefano Ambroset is the creative force behind significant photographic initiatives such as the URBAN Photo Awards and Trieste Photo Days, organized through the Exhibit Around APS and dotART cultural associations. With a robust background in graphics and communication, Stefano has transformed his passion for visual arts into global celebrations of photography.
His role as a curator and publisher is nothing short of impressive, having orchestrated over 500 international exhibitions and published 56 photographic books in just seven years. These projects emphasize visual storytelling and cultural innovation, making Stefano a pivotal figure in the world of photography.
Supported by the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region and the Municipality of Trieste, Stefano has elevated photography to a cultural pillar in Trieste and the surrounding region. His efforts have had a significant impact, promoting both emerging and established artists, and creating a vibrant photographic community that transcends borders and generations.
