URBAN 2018 Award Ceremony at Trieste Photo Days festival
Saturday October 27th, 2018 at 8 PM, the Award Ceremony of URBAN 2018 Photo Awards will take place at the “Bobi Bazlen” hall of Palazzo Gopcevich in Trieste, Italy [see map], during Trieste Photo Days festival.
In the presence of Jury President Tatsuo Suzuki, guest of honor of the festival together with the juror Tadashi Onishi, the final podium will be unveiled and the medals will be awarded to the Winner Overall, to the ranked photographers for each category and to the honorable mentions. Juror Elena Uljančić-Vekić will also award the three selected portfolios for an exhibition at the Porec Museum last August.
URBAN 2018 Award Ceremony will represent the main event of the festival’s opening weekend. At this link you can see the updated calendar.
Winning photos and first portfolio exhibition will instead take place at the Photoscaglia studio (former Lux Art Gallery, via Rittmeyer 7/A, Trieste, Italy). Opening hours:
- Saturday October 27th, 2018. 10-13 / 14-17
- Sunday October 28th, 2018. 10-13
- Until November 10th , 2018. Monday-Friday 09-13 / 15-19
Winners will share a prize pool of over € 7,000, in addition to a series of prizes offered by the partners of the contest. The contest, which started on 14 February and ended on 17 June, saw 4,460 photos and 272 portfolios for 1,103 participants from all over the world.
