URBAN 2021 Photo Awards – Last minute Q&A

I want to enter URBAN 2021 Photo Awards. Am I still in time?
Yes but hurry up! Subissions are open until Sunday, June 13th, 2021.

Can I submit only 1 photo?
Sure, photographers can participate with as many pictures as they want.

Can I submit a free-theme project?
Of course, we have a section dedicated to Projects, Series, Reportages, Portfolios, etc. We also have a special section in which Bruce Gilden will personally choose 7 projects for a book and an exhibition.

I got a project with more than 80 pictures, can I submit them for the Book Awards section?
Yes, we accept both pdf and photo sequences.

Will my photo be displayed?
Only if it ranks among the Winners. However, Selected Photographers could join Trieste Photo Fringe special exhibits and become part of our book URBAN Unveils the City and its Secrets.

Who will judge my works?
An international jury chaired by photography superstars Bruce Gilden, Paolo Pellegrin and Francesco Cito.

Ok, but WHY enter URBAN?
Because we give photographers real visibility.
Because we organize an International Photo Festival: Trieste Photo Days.
Because of the prize pool.
Or, in short words, we truly care about photography.
