Human activities are often inspired by nature and life. Sailing Buildings tracks such path back. By observing the human activities they looked for the sources of inspiration. Everything here revolves around modern buildings. Architects often design them with similarities to the sea, boats and sailing world. Here the photographer hunted such sources of inspirations by walking between buildings in several European cities. Once the pictures have been taken the painter studied each single photo and drew the "marine" scene as it was a consistent scene in a real life set. The result is an attempt to highlight hoe the human mind works. The mankind ability to transfer the personal experiences into new ideas is great but we must never forget the starting point: the original experience.
