.A journey from California to Texas, along the border with Mexico. A journey made of encounters and words shared with the people living and working nearby the metallic grill, called 'the fence?. A grill that is so tight that it is even difficult to see through it. A barrier that can reach, in some points, six meters of height and that divides the so-called good ones from the so-called bad ones. A border that, as many other borders, is lately on the news and that some people would like to have it more impenetrable. Shortly, this grill will become a real wall. And Francisco, who told us when he was brought to the United States when he was just a kid and expelled when he turned twenty, will not be able to share his sadness and memories with the people on this side of the fence. Not even Miguel will be able to set an appointment with his friend Beatriz. An appointment with no fixed time, no personal contact but so much to tell. This thick net is penetrable, words and gazes can still pass through it. This is too much. The wall will stop this but it won't be able to stop fantasy, dreams and memories.
